Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship within the United States and to most international destinations.

SHIPPING TIME

United States: Free standard shipping. Most orders deliver within 7-14 business days, including 1-3 days of order processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International: $9.99 standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-25 business days depending on the destination and customs.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PT are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed Monday.

TRACKING

Every order includes tracking. If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder or email support@tryposturepro.com.

LOST OR STUCK PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, email us and we'll investigate. We'll either reship the order or refund you.

DUTIES & TAXES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
