Order questions — please include your order number (looks like #1001) so we can pull up your account quickly.

Returns — email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid USPS return label. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or defective items — send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. No return shipping required.
