Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email support@tryposturepro.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
4. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email support@tryposturepro.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost - no return shipping required.

EXCEPTIONS

Items used beyond reasonable inspection (heavy wear, damage caused by the customer) may not qualify for a full refund.
